Дирекцією Асоціації «КВН України» прийнято рішення про зміну місця дислокації Фестивалів «Країна Веселого Народу» та «Жарт-Птиця» , які відбудуться з 21 по 25 вересня 2016 року у смт Сергіївка Одеської області. Це КУРОРТНЕ ОБ’ЄДНАННЯ «СОНЯЧНИЙ БЕРЕГ» . Причиною передислокації є можливість розміщення учасників у значно кращих умовах (2-3-4-місні кімнати зі зручностями) та наявність двох власних майданчиків (зал + сцена) на території об’єднання для проведення ігор, репетицій, дискотек та інших масових заходів.
